WHAT WE DOOur Services

SERVICESInstrument Lessons

Looking to pick up a new skill or brush off the dust of your instrument that’s sitting in the closet? We offer in-person and virtual music lessons for kids and adults of all ages and abilities. Instrument lessons offered include piano, voice, drumset, guitar, and ukulele.

SERVICESPartnerships with Organizations

Is your organization interested in implementing music therapy services but not sure where to begin? Healing Rhythms Music Therapy partners with organizations to provide regularly scheduled individual and group music therapy sessions and design recorded music listening options. We currently partner with local hospitals, hospices, and senior living communities to do this and would love to collaborate with your organization, too! Please contact us for a free consultation!

POUND® is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, & sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, & strength training with yoga & Pilates-inspired movements.

Using Ripstix®, lightly-weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercise. POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Designed for all fitness levels and easy to modify, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, improving your health, & rocking out! POUND’s® alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages & abilities.

If you would like to have a POUND® facilitator lead a group in your organization, please contact us!
